1. Information only

StakeScout compares published staking rates, lockups and state rules. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser. We never hold your crypto. See the disclaimer.

2. Accuracy

Data is collected automatically from public sources once a day and linked to its source. It can be late, incomplete or wrong. We show a rate as "stale" or "unavailable" when we can't confirm it, but we don't guarantee any number. Rates are variable and are not a promise of future returns.

3. Third-party sites

Links go to exchanges, protocols, fund issuers and data sources we don't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

4. Affiliate links and featured listings

Some links may in future be affiliate links that pay us a commission. A coin page may show one paid "Featured" listing. Paid placements are always labelled and never change the ranked tables or "best rate" picks.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe, we'll email rate alerts and/or a weekly digest. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may read, share and link to our pages and use the public rates.json with credit to StakeScout. Please don't overload the site with automated requests or misrepresent our data.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, StakeScout is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data, including losses from staking.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
